Virtual Good Faith Exam

As a part of your first visit, all new clients are required to complete a virtual consultation with a Nurse Practitioner. This quick and convenient teleconference ensures your treatment is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your individual needs. Once your appointment is accepted, you’ll receive an email from Monarch Master Injectors with a secure link for your video visit. During your scheduled time, the Nurse Practitioner will conduct a brief Good Faith Exam, as required by law, to assess your medical history and determine if you're a good candidate for aesthetic treatments. Please note: The Good Faith Exam is valid for one year. It must be completed before receiving any services.

Xeomin

Xeomin® is the purest form of botulinum toxin type A, containing no preservatives or animal proteins, making it an excellent choice for clients who may have developed resistance to other neurotoxins.
